		6/1/2010: As a convenience to contractors and to increase awareness of additional highway construction projects, the MoDOT Planroom will now begin posting all local city and county projects let by others that have federal transportation funds. When you visit the MoDOT Planroom, you will notice there are now 4 distinct areas of information available. They include: MoDOT Highway Construction Projects Let By MoDOT - contains plans and specifications for highway construction projects let in the monthly MoDOT Bid Opening Preliminary Plans for MoDOT Highway Construction Projects - contains preliminary plans and/or specifications typically for complex projects to allow contractors additional time for review of plans and bid preparation. Missouri Standard Plans for Highway Construction - the Missouri Standard Plans for Highway Construction Local Public Agency (LPA) Projects Let By Others - contains plans and specification for other projects administered by local cities and counties that utilize federal transportation funds.
